Has the world gone completely crazy? A semi-detached house — admittedly a nicely decorated one — sold at auction this afternoon for $6.1m. Even Michael Clarke dropped in for a look.

The four-bedder at 31 Reina Street — an ordinary North Bondi street where it’s impossible to park your car — had no view, and just a small back yard with artificial lawn and a pool. But not one big enough for laps.
